1. INTRODUCTION - 5 min.
2. Quick DYNAMIC WARM UP - 5 min
3. STRETCHING, FLEXIBILITY and MOBILITY - 45 min
-  Explaining the difference between stretching and mobility as well as importance and benefits of both. You will learn about types of stretching, mobility, range of motion and addressing muscular imbalances. Variety of stretches will be offered.
4. EVENING & MORNING ROUTINE - 30 min
- We'll discuss what routines and habits are available and which ones could be beneficial to apply to you.

Why Should You Attend?

  • This workshop is very well balanced and is designed for anyone. All abilities are welcome. 
  • The focus is on 2 important areas. First one is physical, where we look at our muscular imbalances and how we can restore and improve our flexibility and mobility through effective stretching. An improved range of motion will then serve us as a foundation for working out and doing movements such as squats, lunges, presses, pulls, etc.

  • We even touch on "energising exercises" that are designed to re-vitalise and re-energise us as opposite to exhaust us (like after high intensity or weight training type of workouts).

  • The second part of the workshop will be focussed on improving our evening and morning routine. In my view, this can be a crucial piece in your life because how we finish and start a day can have a tremendous impact on our whole day. Whether it's from a point of performance, health, happiness or success and wellbeing.

  • Here we will touch on certain positive habits that will be encouraged. These will be very specific to you and it will be your own choice what works for you but you leave the workshop with at least a few ideas that you will be able to apply immediately and start your more vitalised and intentional path.
