2. Quick DYNAMIC WARM UP - 5 min
3. STRETCHING, FLEXIBILITY and MOBILITY - 45 min
- Explaining the difference between stretching and mobility as well as importance and benefits of both. You will learn about types of stretching, mobility, range of motion and addressing muscular imbalances. Variety of stretches will be offered.
4. EVENING & MORNING ROUTINE - 30 min
- We'll discuss what routines and habits are available and which ones could be beneficial to apply to you.
