Because it's a very well balanced workshop and everyone (all abilities) is welcome. I can scale and adapt the workout. After a good dynamic warm-up, you get a varied strength and conditioning workout for 30 mins and finish your physical activity with a nice recovery piece - stretching, mobility and foam rolling.
That's your physical 50 mins done.
